The motto "hands-face-space" is sure to be part of routine in the club, it's clear that trust is growing and there are more face-to -face interactions. Rotary is evolving. As we approach the weeks leading to summer 2021, there is still uncertainty about how we will provide service to our community, which includes the valued human connection enjoyed by Rotary previous members. The phrase "hands meet in front of each other" will become one of the routines It's evident that there's a rising optimism and the need to be face-to-face with people. Rotary has also changed. Rotary's networks create friendships lasting. The outbreak of the pandemic was the catalyst for us to embrace the latest technology. This has inspired us to improve our technological methods. Our business remains online, but we have also introduced a volunteer and social activities. We have taken the new opportunities and combined them with the best of our pre-pandemic habits to make a bright new future for Rotary! We are aware that volunteering through the network of Rotary creates lasting friendships built upon the experience shared volunteering for the community's benefit. We are so proud of the innovative ways our members are able to tackle the most difficult issues facing society. Like so many Rotary members, it has given me a strong trustworthy community of fellow members from which genuine friendships have developed over these almost 20 years. It is important to invite our members of our families and friends to Rotary, and we can really make a difference.
